Job Title: Payroll Specialist (Belgium & Netherlands)

We are currently partnered with a well-established and quickly growing organisation within the retail industry who due to continued growth and success, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to take responsibility for their Belgium & Netherlands payroll regions.
This role will report to Payroll Business Partner & will work in cooperation with other Payroll Managers focusing on various global regions.
Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Process monthly payrolls for Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Provide backup for the other European payrolls when required.
* Maintain the T&A system for new starters, terminations and other changes.
* Calculation and processing of termination.
* Calculate and input hours into ADP Celergo.
* Month-end responsibilities include the preparation of journals and reconciling of GL accounts.
Experience required for this role is as follows:
* Strong payroll legislation with particular focus on Belgium/Netherlands regions
* Fluency in French or Dutch languages
* Excellent Excel skills- V-Lookups/Pivot tables
This role is based in London on a weekly basis but can offer lots of flexibility with remote working.
