We are partnered with a leading organisation in their field who are seeking a hands on and experienced Payroll Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include but will be limited to:
* Lead and co-ordinate the end to payroll operations
* Provide support to the head of payroll
* Oversee a medium sized team
* Support and develop the team
* Ensure delivery of payroll services to clients
* Support with complex payroll queries
Experience required:
* Extensive people management experience
* Experience of managing a clients payroll
This position offers flexibility of remote working, with the expectation to travel to the office 1-2 days a week.
Working hours are 37.5 a week, with 25 days annual leave, season ticket loans and life assurance, amongst some other great benefits.
