Our client is currently recruiting for a Payroll Team Leader to join their team on a hybrid working basis, you will support the payroll manager and a team of pension & payroll administrators as well as providing expert advice and guidance on payroll ad pension related queries.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

* Provide support on payroll legislation and pension scheme rules
* Timely and compliant running of the payrolls and pension submissions
* Advise on all matters relating to reward (including payroll and pensions)
* Ensure payroll bank accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis
* Monthly reconciliation of all pension contributions
* Lead and manage a small team of Payroll and Pensions Administrators
* Create and maintain payroll and pension related payroll procedures
* Share specialist knowledge and expertise with other team members as appropriate

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of legislations
* Reconciliations
