We are currently working with our client in Manchester to secure a Senior Pensions and Reward Manager into this exciting business. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pensions and Reward Manger to join an established and dynamic Payroll function.
A great opportunity to support in the delivery and design of the business Reward strategy leading a team of specialists in the reward and pensions space. This s a business partnering role as the SME in all things Pension and Reward feeding into the wider payroll function.
Managing a Team of Pension and Reward specialists
Deliver continuous improvements in the reward and pension space for a diverse population
Experienced Payroll professional specifically in the area of pensions and reward
CIPD qualified / Post grad qualification or equivalent
Coaching qualification would be an advantage
Project management experience
