We are currently recruiting for a Pensions Specialist to join an award winning organisation who are market leaders within their sector. The chosen candidate will take full responsibility for the shared service administration of multiple pension schemes and employer contributions.
Other responsibilities will include;
* Oversee the administration of the group pension scheme enrolments, leavers and payment processing.
* Review reports to ensure pension deductions and employer match contributions are accurately and timely paid over to the Pension Providers.
* Audit reports, file transfers for errors and troubleshoot any issues prior to payment submission.
* Point of contact for administration related matters and employee inquiries.
* Work closely with leaders to oversee and coordinate ongoing plan activities such as plan accounts, member newsletters and benefit statements.
* Provide services for one or more of the UK pension schemes including:
* Review with leadership governance materials and policies to ensure administrative processes are up to date.
* Working closely with key stakeholders and leaders to resolve correspondence and member queries as they relate to pension contributions.
