The role will also involve supporting managers with advise on benefits and system usage

Responsibilities
Supporting managers with system and application usage
Supporting the reward function on the implementation and development of a new Reward framework
Providing advice around benefits
Provision of a first class customer service to all stakeholders and colleagues
