My client are a well known organisation based in West London currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 3 month temporary basis to help with a backlog of invoices but this role has potential to go on longer.

This will be working remotely for the foreseeable of the assignment, you must have vast accounts payable experience.

Main responsibilities:

* Processing of purchase invoices on the companies accounting software (Great Plains/MS Dynamics))
* Setting up new suppliers.
* Processing payments on a regular basis to suppliers via BACS, cheque or other methods.
* Regular reconciliation of purchase ledger to main accounting nominal ledger to ensure no discrepancies between systems.
* Processing Remittance Advices for all Supplier Payments.
* Providing timely information to other members of the Accounts team and the wider company.
