We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, driven Quality and Compliance Assessor who ideally has previous experience working in a regulated environment within the FCA’s regulatory framework, to come into the business and join our clients evolving Compliance Team. This role will be responsible for assessing risks, identifying patterns and trends, whilst performing call and fire assessment reviews. Training will be provided during employment.

Key Responsibilities as a Quality and Compliance Assessor:

* Assessment of all Saes staff for quality and compliance standards.
* To provide thorough and concise feedback to the employee after each observation.
* To complete accurate assessment forms for each observation and ensure a consistent approach to the scoring decided upon.
* To produce a weekly report of your progress every Friday for the previous week and send by email to the Compliance Manager.
* To assist with training where required in respect of the observations completed.
* To attend meetings as required.
* Complete quality assessments for sales and service calls.
* Conduct compliance investigations as and when required and advise on themes and trends.
* Responsible for adherence with quality and compliance framework.
* Responsible for completing regular spot checks of websites, emails, letters, documents, calls and processes.
* All other tasks deemed necessary by Senior Management.

Person Specification

* Background working in a regulated environment.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively and provide feedback in a constructive manner.
* High level of integrity and accountability for results.
