* The role of Call Handler / Receptionist is to provide a first class telephone service to prospects, ensuring their needs are assessed and dealt with in accordance with our call handling requirements before being passed to the relevant advisor.
* The ideal candidate will be positive have excellent communication skills and an ability to build positive rapport and provide our customers with a good experience.
* All calls will be from our customers requesting information on services so applicants will need to be efficient and PC literate.
* The role will also support the Business Sales Support and wider sales team with general reporting and support tasks.
* Handling telephone calls from prospects for the Croner Group companies.
* Where relevant, passing these telephone calls to a relevant sales representative.
* Logging the details of any leads into our online form.
* Assisting the Business Support team with daily tasks and requests
* Assisting the wider sales teams with ad hoc reports and requests.
