You will focus on delivering excellent phone service to clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are properly assessed and addressed according to company guidelines.
You will be working full-time in office – Union station!
Salary: $40, 000 – $45, 000 DOE
Daily Responsibilities:
* Handle a large volume of incoming calls, meeting response time standards.
* Accurately enter data into the CRM system (Salesforce) and other necessary records.
* Assess phone requests and direct them to the right department.
* Maintain top-level customer service.
* Keep client and prospect information confidential.
* Create and update training materials as needed.
* Train new employees when required.
* Provide extra administrative support as needed.
* Track and organize data when necessary.
* Complete other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
* Communicate effectively with leadership on various issues.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Ensure sufficient coverage to meet expectations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration or a similar role.
* Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
