Portfolio HR & Reward have been selected by a fantastic organisation to appoint a new Recruitment Coordinator.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be the first point of contact for the HR department’s lifecycle activities across the board.
* Delivery of recruitment administrative duties, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
* Day to day ATS updates, continuous improvements of the system and accurate data entry.
* Pension administration, contribution uploads and auto-enrolment.
* Working alongside payroll for cut off dates, calculation of pro-rata’d pay and holiday.
* Run adhoc and scheduled reports via the ATS
