We are recruiting a Reward Business Partner to support all reward activities within the business, developing and implementing reward based initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to further their career within a business that genuinely puts its people at the heart of their business. A role centred around delivering compensation strategies and driving change throughout the business.
Our client is a global business based in the Greater Manchester Area and also the opportunity to work from the Leeds office, we have a fantastic opportunity to work with a true market leader in their beautiful offices and to work with a forward facing growing business. As the Reward Business Partner you will truly partner the wider business, managers and stakeholders to drive the overall business objectives in relation to Reward / Compensation and Benefits across the group.
Responsibilities:
Providing Reward strategies and delivery and implementation of them
Developing an end to end Reward process, and supporting management through change
All annualised reward activities
Support pay reviews and Gender Pay Gap Analysis
The person:
Experienced Reward professional, full end to end Reward cycle activities
Working to TW and Hay Methodologies – Would be an advantage
Experience in job evaluation and pay reporting
Experience of working within a regulated industry such as Financial services
