As a Sales Co-ordinator you will be the main office liaison, making initial appointments and follow-ups, as well as upselling full service to clients. The role will require a mixture of commercial and technical skills.
* Book a set number of SafeCheck Appointments
* Ensure SafeCheck Consultants are carrying out the required number of visits
* Call single service Clients to upsell to Full Service
* Receive appointment and reappointment calls from BDMs & SafeCheck Consultants
* Take internal (and external) SafeCheck questions and queries
* Update relevant software platforms
* Follow up on previous SafeChecks appointments
* Monitor MI reports
* Undertake any other duties as necessary or required by senior management.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Experience within sales or diary planning/coordinating.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills.
* Professional and intelligent approach to work.
* Good PC & Microsoft Office skills.
