The ideal candidate is a Payroll Specialist with ability to manage end to end processes and utilise technical systems to assist in this role. Reports to:Sales Enablement & Training Manager Internal & External RelationshipsBSC & BDM Floor Management, Salesforce, Service, Sales Agents Overview:The Sales Coach provides initial and ongoing training and development across the sales floor to positively influence the results achieved by sales agents. They are proactive in the development of materials, content and resources for the sales department, and utilise these to address training needs of both the individual agents and wider department.
