Sales Coach ManchesterUp to £35,000 per annum. + £500 per month bonus (OTE £41,000) Job PurposeTo drive and positively influence the performance of the Sales department, through the design and delivery of a bespoke training and development plan, covering all aspects of the BSC and BDM role. Reports to:Sales Enablement & Training Manager Internal & External RelationshipsBSC & BDM Floor Management, Salesforce, Service, Sales Agents Overview:The Sales Coach provides initial and ongoing training and development across the sales floor to positively influence the results achieved by sales agents. They are proactive in the development of materials, content and resources for the sales department, and utilise these to address training needs of both the individual agents and wider department.
