A recognisable client based in Leatherhead, Surrey are looking to recruit an experienced Clients Payroll Specialist for an initial 6 month contract. The role will be Hybrid working. 1 days per week in the office and 4 days working from home. All equipment will be provided.

Your role will be to provide day to day support to the Payroll Manager and team of 5 Payroll Administrators. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients payrolls as well as providing advice on complex queries and support the day to day running of the payroll department.

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience at a senior level within a payroll bureau or similar clients payroll environment. Previous staff management of supervisory experience is preferred but no essential. You should be able to confidently manage client relationships and deliver complex payrolls from start to finish. An advanced understanding and knowledge of UK payroll legislation is essential. Experience using STAR payroll software would be advantageous but is not essential.
