We are currently recruiting for not for profit client based in West Bromwich. Our client is seeking a senior payroll administrator to sit within the finance department and assist the payroll manager in managing a team of 3 administrators.
This role is working remotely currently with the view for flexible home working on return to the office.
The position will be working within a team and being responsible for overseeing and collating data across multiple frequencies whilst being a line manager to the administrators on the team.
Other duties include dealing with complex queries, statuary deductions, HMRC submissions and manual calculations.
Working hours are 35 hours a week (9-5) with flexibility around these.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience leading or managing a team within payroll, at least 1 year practical payroll experience and be confident on payroll systems.
