We are currently working with a well-established and successful chartered accountancy who are currently seeking a payroll administrator to join their large payroll team.

Key duties of this role will include processing your own portfolio of clients payroll from start to finish across multiple frequencies including weekly, monthly and quarterly, supporting the onboarding process agreed with your clients, implementation of new payroll and procedures, assisting with training junior or new staff members and rolling out quality control checks and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with strong IT skills and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients.

Working hours are 9-5:30 Monday-Friday, with flexibility around this. Due to the current pandemic the role will be based 1 week from home and 1 week in the office ongoing until further notice.

Experience with processing end to end, high volume payroll is essential with at least two years within a chartered accountancy or bureau. Experience using Star or Iris is desirable.
