There is an urgent requirement for a Payroll Administrator join a well-known and reputable Chartered Accountants based in Poole. The payroll will be from start to finish and ensuring calculations and deductions are calculated correctly and promptly meeting deadlines.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
· To Manage portfolio of Payrolls (monthly fortnight and weekly)
· Be able to processes payrolls from start to finish and provide support and advice to clients
· Liaise with clients and third parties
· Dealing with transfers of clients in and out of the business
· Setting up and closing PAYE schemes (training can be provided on this)
· Work with the team to improve and develop the payroll department
· To work with the team to make sure all work is completed
· Ad hoc duties as required
The right candidate will have strong communication skills with solid payroll administration experience.
Bureau experience required.
