We are currently recruiting for a client based in Portsmouth. Our client is seeking a senior payroll administrator to join their team and to assist with processing payroll. This is an initial 12-month FTC with the possibility of a permanent opportunity after 12 months.
This role with be 37.5 hours per week and office based with flexibility around start and finish times.
The position will be responsible for processing a monthly payroll for approx. 600 employees using Excel and Earnie.
Other duties include statuary deductions, dealing with queries, HMRC submissions, pension submission and compliance.
The successful candidate must be comfortable in a 12-month FTC, processing a manual monthly payroll. Experience with Excel, end to end processing and an understanding of UK legislation is essential.
