With responsibility for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees monthly PAYE, looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator who can deal with a wide variety of duties.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build upon their existent payroll knowledge and experience where you will be able to contribute towards the continuous development of the payroll function.
* Statutory payments (SMP, SPP, SSP)
* Resolving payroll queries for approx. 6000 store based colleagues
* Prioritisation of own workload
* Must have knowledge of iTrent payroll Module
* Usage of Microsoft applications
* Able to create manual payslips and workings..
* Maintaining employee records
* Processing starters leavers and changes to payroll terms & conditions
* Correspondence from third parties
* Liaising with relevant departments including Stores and Human Resources
* Application of confidentiality at all times
