We are currently recruiting for a fintech client based in London. Our client is seeking a senior payroll and benefits specialist to sit within the finance department and assist with a system implementation project alongside payroll and benefit processing.
This role is working remotely currently with the view to work 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home.
The position will be responsible for implementing a new system alongside payroll and benefit processing across the UK, APAC and EMEA regions.
Other duties include dealing with complex queries, statuary deductions, HMRC submissions and manual calculations.
Working hours are 37.5 hours a week (9-5) with flexibility around these.
The successful candidate will have great project/implementation experience as well as exposure to either EMEA or APAC payroll processing.
