We are working with a successful chartered accountancy based in Gerrards Cross who are looking to hire an experienced and passionate senior payroll professional to join them and work collaboratively with other payrollers in the processing of multiple client payrolls.

This role will report into the Payroll Manager and will support them in managing the small team.

Responsibilities include :

* Deputising in the Payroll Managers absence
* Assist in the day to day running of the team – leading, motivating and developing
* Processing own portfolio of end to end client payrolls on a multi-frequency basis
* Calculate pro rated payments, holiday entitlement, maternity, paternity and shared leave payments
* Auto enrolment pension

Experience required:

* Extensive payroll processing experience in a multi-client environment
* Experience of Sage is highly desirable
* Experience of working within a “senior to” or supervisory capacity is desirable

This role will be initially office based with some longer term flexibility for hybrid working. Flexi hours are available.
