This is a Sole Payroll Officer position for a manufacturing firm in St Helens. You will be responsible for overseeing the end to end weekly payroll of roughly 250 employees, assisting with payroll budgets and development plans.

This is a Sole role in the office, this needs to be for setting up starters and be a POC for queries.

200 – 250 staff paid between agency and direct

* Weekly submission of hours to agencies
* Overtime/changes in hours
* Liaising with Managers to check and compare hours
* Clock in system – setting up new starters
* High volume of starters and leavers – Administration for this
* Sage


* End to End
* Someone who has done weekly payroll
* Experience of Payroll Systems


* 37.5 hours – Mon – Fri
* Christmas shut down
* 28 days holidays all in
* Pension
