I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator for a reputable Chartered Accountants based in Dartford. The right candidate must have bureau experience and should have a solid payroll history under their belt.


* Sole Payroll Specialist role
* This role is currently being covered internally – the client is looking for an experienced and confident payroller to take full responsibility of c100 client payrolls on a weekly, monthly and fortnightly basis
* Updating payroll system with new starters & leavers, PS45s, administering year end reports, P60s, P11Ds, HMRC queries, auto enrolment pension, nest and people’s pension
* Payroll system is Brightpay (previous experience with this is a bonus but they are happy to train up) – likely to be converting to an online platform sometime next year
* Candidates must be comfortable working in a sole capacity and will be able to work autonomously and to their own initiative – support will be provided during peak/busy payroll periods
* Working hours – 9-5, 20 days annual leave + bank holiday + Christmas closure – rising to 25 days annual leave after 2 years service
