Procurement – Supply Chain Manager to join an award winning and leading environmentally friendly manufacturer based in London. The role which reports in to the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for delivering a first class demand planning, inventory management and fostering an effective 3rd Part logistic partnership.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Managing 3rd party production at contract manufacturing sites relationship.
* Responsible for all areas of account management.
* Ensuring sufficient stretch capacity support
* Leading relationship with Suppliers – account management and commercial activities.
* Responsible for mitigating supply risk and for reducing cost.
* Assessing, improving, and implementing internal process change to support growth
* Stakeholder management both internally and externally
Experience required:
* 5 years’ experience in a similar role,
* Influencing, negotiation skills essential
* Experience in sourcing chilled proteins, frozen or fresh ingredients
* Delivered commercial results with outstanding quality
* Launched successful new ranges
* A passion for interesting challenges and a desire to imagine and deliver a better way
