Role details:

​The Talent Acquisition Manager is an integral member of the HR Team, responsible for leading the talent acquisition function to support the business in the next stage of its strategic growth. The primary focus will be managing the recruitment of a variety of roles and will be instrumental in involving and communicating with staff at all levels across areas of the organisation. The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with hiring managers and lead a talent management function that is consistent with our values, mission, and strategic priorities, to ensure the business has the right talent and capabilities in place to deliver our ambitious targets to 2024.

The successful candidate will be creative and have a demonstrated track record of driving the innovation, implementation, and optimization of best practices in talent acquisition, retention, and identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent for the organisation. Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, the job holder will be working closely with the Leadership Team to implement and deliver the recruitment strategy over the next 3 years.
