Job Purpose

To develop new business opportunities for Croner within a geographical area through working with a Business Development Manager and creating sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote Croner services.

Job Overview

You will be working in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound sales calls to various clients within a postcode radius. You will be required to self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity. Within this role you will be working alongside your Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximise sales opportunities.
We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing new Telesales Consultant to join our team who will promote Croner’s Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote Croner services
* Work towards your daily KPI targets.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline on Salesforce.
* Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture

What you Bring to the Team

* Proven sales experience in the B2B or B2C sectors
* Experience within a professional sales environment
* Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards sales targets: Staff are expected to take responsibility for their individual targets.
* Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
* Good business acumen, articulate, able to manage themselves
