Job Purpose:
* To develop new business opportunities for Peninsula Group Limited within a geographical area through working with a Business Development Manager and creating sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote Peninsula’s services.
Job Overview:
* We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing new Telesales Consultant to join our team who will promote our Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to the mid-market sector (30+ employee businesses).
* You will be working in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound sales calls to various clients within a postcode radius.
* You will be required to self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.
The ideal candidate will have previous B2B sales experience and be able to thrive in a busy sales environment. You will have a proven track record of winning new business and active outbound sales experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote Peninsula’s services.
* Self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
* Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture.

* Experience within a professional sales environment
