* My client is currently looking for a Temporary Senior Payroll/HR Administrator.
* You will be solely responsible for running payrolls from start to finish.
* Processing starters/leavers and contract changes.
* Dealing with holiday and overtime payments and deductions.
* Manually calculating Tax, NI, SMP, SSP, Court Orders payments and deductions.
* Assist with stock option transactions working with US counterpart and stock administrator and ensure proper documentation, filing and storage of materials for accounting and payroll purposes, including but not limited to processing additional payroll processing and assisting payroll vendor/employee with local tax filing requirements.
* Additionally, you will be administering the pension scheme via the Scottish Widows pension portal; and will create all payroll related reports for the Accounting team.
* Maintain employee records in the HR Oracle Fusion database
* Excellent communication skills as you will be the point of contact for dealing with payroll queries.
* Month end processes to include RTI, Auto enrolment and HMRC legislative changes.
* This role will be working fully in the office.
* Excellent communication skills as you will be point of contact for any payroll queries.
* Excellent excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables.
