Our client a global leader in their industry is looking to further enhance their EMEA reward team with a Total Reward Manager, focussed on the UK and ROI offering.

With extensive experience of manging DB & DC Pension schemes, and platform implementation – this is a real operational role, with strategic elements.

This is really exciting role and an opportunity to be a part of a growing global Reward function

Responsibilities:

* Managing the comp and Benefits offering, including pensions, and the development of this offering
* Governance of all UK benefit plans
* Stakeholder manager, liaison with trustees
* Annual compensation planning
* Market analysis
* Annual pension plan cycle

The person

* Experienced Reward Professional with experience in the compensation and benefits process
* Experience with Workday would be an advantage
* Accredited in Reward would be an advantage
* Experience of working under pressure
* Strategically minded, with an operational approach, this is a hands on Reward Manager position
