£18,000 – £20,000 + Bonus & Commission
Realistic OTE £30,000
To develop new business opportunities for Peninsula Group Limited within a geographical area through working with a Business Development Manager and creating sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote Peninsula’s services.
We are looking for hard working money motivated individuals who are keen to progress into a B2B sales role within the vibrant and successful sales team at Peninsula! They will offer guidance and support you through your training from product knowledge through to engaging confidently with decision makers.
Key Skills Needed:
Pro-active attitude towards working to targets
Evidence of some B2C or F2F sales experience
Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and tenacious nature
Have enthusiasm and resilience
Be a team player
Be proactive and able to manage your own workload
As a Trainee Sales Executive you will be given leading industry training and guidance for you to succeed in this role!
Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/Directors to promote Peninsula’s services.
Schedule appointments for field sales colleagues to close the sales you have introduced
You will be using a CRM system with access to data to call through and start building relationships, keeping the systems updated with your work and your sales pipeline
Self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.
Achieve quarterly sales targets.

Some sales experience either B2B, B2C or F2F
