Responsibilities/Qualifications:
* End to end payroll processing for 1000+ multi-provincial employees including onboarding, terminations, year end etc.
* Hands on experience operating within a unionized environment – audits, accruals, collection agreements etc.
* Previous experience with inhouse and/or ERP ayroll softwares – ability to adapt to new environments
* Ability to answer employee inquiries in both english and french
* In depth understanding of year end process – especially Quebec
* Working closely with senior leadership to advise on payroll related topic
