Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant within Finance or Professional services to join us to help grow our core divisions within Payroll, Credit Control, HR & Reward and Procurement.

You’ll be able to take on a warm desk & work with existing consultants and existing clients, so you hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Win new accounts through leveraging or maximising relationships
  • Identify new opportunities through research and knowledge of the market
  • Use various channels to advertise jobs
  • Source candidates through a variety of methods
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment life cycle from introductions to offer stage
  • Communicate with clients and candidates via telephone and email
  • Achieve agreed KPIs on a monthly basis

In order to be considered for the position it is essential that you have at least 3 years experience working within professional services, a sales-driven mindset, be achievement oriented and independent with good organisation skills. Recruitment Partner

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Partner who is able to work on a large volume of roles at any given time we are keen to speak with anyone with experience in hiring within legal, tax, technical or sales recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own desk; you will be interacting with a base of clients we are already partnered with
  • You will act as a focal point of Portfolio Group. Building on existing partnerships and relationships with professionals
  • Grow current business by maintaining a strong working relationship with the decision-makers
  • Become an expert in your field with with your set clients in understanding their business
  • Build pipelines of candidates to deliver quality candidates to clients in agreed timeframes
  • Become a market specialist by gathering competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors

Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our growing team the ideal candidate with have experience in writing and posting job adverts, extensive use of Microsoft Excel and able to manage formatting cvs.

As Office Administrator you will:

  • Be the first contact for the business regularly via both the telephone as well as in person
  • Register candidates on our market-leading in-house system. Formatting, coding and adding their CV’s against their profiles to partner with our Consultants
  • Post job vacancies, filtering, and forwarding applications to the relevant Consultant
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets as well as regularly utilising additional Microsoft Office programs
  • Assist in postal duties, delivering mail to relevant desk
  • Support the company Operations Manager, PA and Compliance Administrator
