How it works at The Portfolio Group
Roles & Responsibilities
Resourcers: Our Resourcers support all Consultants across the whole team managing our growing database of professional candidates. From sourcing using a range of tools and interviewing & registering to managing aftercare with placed candidates.
Recruitment Consultants/Managers: All Consultants nurture their own clients and place suitable candidates into their own jobs – managing the process from beginning to end. Consultants take immediate ownership of existing key client relationships (warm desks) and are responsible for ongoing development and pipelining of new clients. Part of the role includes visiting clients to better understand needs, wants and motivations so that we can provide an honest and consultative approach.
Specialist Divisions & Recruitment Type
We’ve made a conscious decision that we don’t operate hybrid desks so you’ll be a true expert in your specialism focusing on either Permanent or Temp/Contract placements for one division.
Overlooking Finsbury Square our brand-new office space fits around 65 employees with state-of-the-art facilities
including a large breakout area that turns into a bar on Fridays! An open-plan bright office only 5 mins walk from
Liverpool St and close to Shoreditch, we’re surrounded by bars, lunch hotspots and restaurants.
Located in Victoria Place, our office is modern & open plan and only a 5 min walk from Manchester Victoria
station. Close to the City Centre and opposite the Manchester Arena, it’s only a short walk to shops and lunch spots.
