SALARY: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (GUARANTEE FOR FIRST 3 MONTHS) + UP TO £16K BONUS + FANTASTIC BENEFITS – OTE £54,000-£72,000
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
* Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of new clients
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage
* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
* Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
* Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales activities and performance
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
