The Role:

We are recruiting a Business Development Manager, who is focused on success, commitment, and a passion for sales. Within this role, you will be expected to sit appointments, set by you or our Wellbeing Executives (SDRs), and liaise with potential clients to hold a live demonstration of our products and services. You will build, maintain, and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and close new business. You should have previous experience within a similar role, ideally in a B2B outbound sales role. We will support you and offer a clear progression plan, meaning that you will understand what it takes to be a high performer in and how you can achieve your career goals with us.

Key requirements:

* At least 1 full professional year of BDM or closing experience.
* Proven, track record of Business Development experience.
* Passionate about sales: Whether it’s hitting targets, the power of persuasion with superb negotiation skills, or figuring out what makes people tick – sales is what gives you energy!
* Tech Savvy! You’re going to be providing Online Demos so need to be exceptional in your computer/ IT skills.
* Keeping the momentum of conversations going, and not letting things slip through the net.
* A self-starter: You can work alone but also motivate and influence other teams when needed.
* Resilient, determined & adaptable.
* Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills, and an ability to interact with diverse audiences.
