Our client is hiring for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager! They have achieved remarkable success in Canada, leading to substantial growth within their Outbound Sales Team. As a B2B Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will involve demonstrations and closing with small to medium-sized businesses that could benefit from our client’s services.

They offer substantial earning potential, starting with a competitive salary of $60,000 (DOE) and on-target earnings of $150,000. With uncapped earning potential, there is no limit to your potential earnings!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Complete 5-7 sales demonstrations daily, covering web leads, inbound calls, new business opportunities, and client upsells.
* Utilize outbound calls, emails, and marketing tools to maximize deal value with multi-solution sales offerings.
* Collaborate with peers and Business Sales Consultants (BSCs) for high performance.
* Work autonomously, structuring the day for optimized performance.
* Manage the sales pipeline daily for a dynamic, fast-paced journey.
* Develop expertise in products and services for a solution-focused sales approach.
* Act as a trusted adviser for consultative and solution-led product proposals.
* Engage with senior decision-makers and build effective relationships with existing customers.
* Use probing questions, clarification, and language to add value and maintain professionalism.
* Discuss company, brand, values, and products/services positively and enthusiastically.
* Achieve and exceed set sales targets and objectives, exceeding KPIs daily.
* Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
* Be accountable for performance at all levels, meeting targets and business objectives.
* Self-generate opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.

Qualifications:

* Preferred experience in previous cold-calling sales roles.
* Eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* High level of drive and hunger for success.
* Ideally, experience in B2B sales, but B2C experience will also be considered.
* Ability to embrace and implement coaching feedback for continuous sales skills development.
* Team player with a passion for healthy competition.
* Grit, determination, and excellent people skills to become a successful sales professional.
