Job Overview
Join the team as Head of Professional Development and Demand, spearheading the transformation of workforce and service delivery. In this pivotal role, you will establish and lead a Centre of Excellence for the Tax and VAT advisory services and insurance products, setting standards and frameworks for excellence. You’ll also oversee a team of workforce planners and demand specialists, ensuring optimal resource allocation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish a Centre of Excellence, setting standards and pathways for team members.
* Support with the development of the Graduate Scheme.
* Develop and implement a 1st Line delivery approach for Tax and VAT advisory services, focusing on training, quality control, and reporting.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency, maximising tool utilisation and data insights.
* Monitor KPIs to showcase team impact on service delivery.
* Cultivate a talent-rich environment that supports career advancement.
* Drive industry-leading standards through innovation and change management.
* Provide career development opportunities through qualifications and training.
* Efficiently manage resources to optimise workflow.

Additional Information
This is a brand new role created to support the business with the skills shortage that the Tax and VAT industries are facing. It will require the successful candidate to be in office 5 days per week, located in Hinckley. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm.
