THE ROLEThe role is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, coach and support the EAP Counselling Management team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring clinical and operational quality and efficiency across the counselling teams. The primary focus is to keep the department moving forward in the delivery and maintenance of quality and SLAs. You will coach the management team - ensuring that all are working consistently and in line with organisational and clinical expectations.
