We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor for a period of 6-8 weeks, to start as soon as possible working across the Liverpool area. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to work in a team supporting with the non-contentious casework. The role will include managing and supporting on meetings and investigations. Predominantly managing meetings on site regarding absences management and sickness. For this role you will need to be a car driver.
Responsibilities
Providing HR Advisory support across the Liverpool area
Experienced in giving comprehensive Employee relations advice
A casework orientated role, handling between 15-20 cases
Liaising with clients, supporting in minute taking.
Supporting managers with HR meetings
The person
Experienced HR Advisor, with a specialism in providing ER Advice
Must be a car driver
Qualified HR professional with the ability to pick up cases immediately
