We are looking for a proven Head of New Business to join our client, an award-wining, HR Software provider based in the heart of Manchester, providing people solutions to over 50,000 clients worldwide.This is a crucial and a brand-new role, for an individual who can motivate, manage, and mentor a team of Business Development Managers. Since establishing themselves in 2015, our client have grown from strength to strength, and are now looking for a Head of New Business to deliver high level sales support, motivation, and team management whilst they enter their next growth phrase.Working Hours:Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm and requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays. On a daily basis, BSC's call clients who have recently taken advice from Peninsula, and highlight the F2F additional service to them. The BSC would then be responsible for explaining the nature of the service to the individual client (including all of the relevant terms and conditions of the service) and informing them of how using the H&S Face2Face service would benefit them directly. Once a client has agreed to pay the additional fee involved, the BSC role is then to provide a smooth transition into our H&S Services Team (Consultancy & Advisory), to ensure that the matter is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Position Overview: We are currently hiring Human Resources professionals at all levels to support our expanding organization. You will be responsible for providing reliable and commercially focused HR advice over the phone to a growing and diverse range of clients on all matters of HR from general to complex queries.
