We seek a proactive, energetic HR professional who excels in delivering high-quality HR support, particularly in the realm of employment documentation, while prioritizing client satisfaction. Daily Responsibilities: * Conduct client-facing meetings via digital platforms and draft employment documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Stay updated on HR and Employment Law Documentation best practices. * Deliver timely and comprehensive services to clients, meeting established response time benchmarks. * Manage workload adhering to the company's policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs. * Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance the company's reputation and integration with their businesses. * Ensure legal compliance of advice/documentation through internal training and legal updates. * Offer guidance to clients on documentation contents, identifying and addressing any risk areas. * Maintain accurate records of work using established systems. * Engage in E-Learning as necessary. * Present clients with options for utilizing other provided products and facilitate introductions. * Solicit and promote client feedback to enhance the company's online reputation. * Take ownership of client work from initiation to resolution, ensuring high-quality execution. * Cultivate rapport with clients through effective communication and presentation. * Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Management Team. Qualifications: * Strong team player mindset with a commitment to supporting team members and the overall business. * 5+ years of HR experience in a corporate setting. * CHRP is mandatory. * In-depth knowledge of Canadian labour laws, multi-provincial is ideal. * Proficiency in employment law and/or human resources practices. * Excellent written English and proficiency in word processing. * Keen attention to detail and accuracy in information presentation. * Dedication to delivering high-quality service and resolving client issues efficiently. * Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Confident communication skills across various platforms including video conferences, telephone, and in-person interactions. * Effective organizational and time management abilities. * Adaptability to meet diverse client needs and ensure satisfaction. * Willingness to embrace new projects, initiatives, and departmental advancements.If this sounds like you, please send your resume to maggie.colorado@theportfoliogroup.ca. They are growing and are looking for an experienced candidate in payroll. Ideal for someone looking to progress to bureau payroll manager level in the short/mid term future.The client is looking for someone with manual calculations, end to end and bureau payroll experience. My client has identified the need for a payroll executive to join their supportive team on a permanent basis. We therefore seek an experienced and responsible individual, with enthusiasm and ability to take on new challenges and help support the payroll function Key Responsibilities:Payroll * Processing all aspects of payroll, including BACS operations when required, ensuring deadlines are met. * Assist the team with first line payroll checks, ensuring payroll calculations are technically compliant and input accurately. * Regular communication with clients (internal and external) in a professional and considered manner. * Processing new starters and leavers. * Processing pensions, sick pay and holiday pay. * Ensuring all statutory deductions are made. * Assisting with ad-hoc duties, queries from clients, colleagues and HMRC.
