We seek a proactive, energetic HR professional who excels in delivering high-quality HR support, particularly in the realm of employment documentation, while prioritizing client satisfaction. Daily Responsibilities: * Conduct client-facing meetings via digital platforms and draft employment documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Stay updated on HR and Employment Law Documentation best practices. * Deliver timely and comprehensive services to clients, meeting established response time benchmarks. * Manage workload adhering to the company's policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs. * Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance the company's reputation and integration with their businesses. * Ensure legal compliance of advice/documentation through internal training and legal updates. * Offer guidance to clients on documentation contents, identifying and addressing any risk areas. * Maintain accurate records of work using established systems. * Engage in E-Learning as necessary. * Present clients with options for utilizing other provided products and facilitate introductions. * Solicit and promote client feedback to enhance the company's online reputation. * Take ownership of client work from initiation to resolution, ensuring high-quality execution. * Cultivate rapport with clients through effective communication and presentation. * Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Management Team.
