This is a fantastic position with Hybrid Working for an experienced Business Analyst to work for a leading HR Software business that have huge growth plans for the next year. They are looking for a Principle Business Analyst to make the communication between their operational and development teams as good as it can be!

Our client a SaaS tech firm, are looking for a Principal Business Analyst that’s recognised as a specialist in their craft, who can bring in best practices for their team and the wider department, who cares about incremental lean product delivery and who wants to work in a maturing SaaS business with a rapidly expanding customer base launched in three continents and five countries. With annual revenue in excess of £20Million, over 86,000 clients and 300,000 active monthly users their product set is developing rapidly at an extraordinary pace.

Key Skills Required:

* Lead requirements gathering sessions, elicit and elaborate a requirement
* Relatively size and use velocity to make predictions, and above all you’ll need to know how to communicate brilliantly through very high quality user stories
* Manage the product backlog
* Facilitate communication and decision making with stakeholders and the development team, assisting with prioritisation.
* Collaborate with delivery teams contributing to the definition and delivery of the product and supporting processes/workflows to a high standard, within agreed timescales and within budget.
* Develop a good understanding of the sales processes and associated business functions across the organisation while covering the end-to-end client journey.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Service stakeholders to understand existing platforms, resolving typical business problems while determining ways for possible enhancements to sales, and associated processes and operations.
