One of the world’s leading business law firms with offices in key financial centres across the world are looking to appoint a Compensation Manager on a permanent basis. The company serves many of the world’s largest companies including a significant proportion of the Fortune 100, FTSE 100 and DAX, with offices based close to Liverpool Street, the client has an international focus and are recognised as global leaders in major industries.
Work with a team of 4 – Global Director, Benefits Manager, HR Manager and HR Assistant.
Report to Head of People and Global Director.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities relating to the compensation programs.
Partner with HR Partners to develop accurate job descriptions and align with market data.
The majority of work will be UK focussed but will also be capacity lead for support for international offices.
Provide detailed reports and analyse for market-level salaries and related pay practices.
Be a point of contact for the Compensation team for other departments.
Who you are?
Experienced compensation / Benefits professional.
Essential to have worked in a Professional Services environment with a Global focus.
Proficient with Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
Results-driven and problem solver.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team and able to support International needs.
