We are currently working with our client based in the Warrington area recruiting a HR Business Partner to truly partner with the business and deliver a first class HR service across a large and diverse company.
This is a great company and a fantastic opportunity to step into a 12 month FTC within an established HR team. This is a challenging role that demands a strong HR generalist and someone confident in communicating across a diverse business. As an experienced HRBP you will be providing support to managers on all issues including ER and managing HR policies and issues. Experience with TUPE and Redundancy would be an advantage, dealing and supporting managers with complex employee relations cases.
The HR Business Partner will support on change activities through the business and encourage a culture of change, challenge, and compromise. Our client is offering a fantastic compensation package and overall opportunity
Providing HR Support across the management team and to the wider population of employees
Developing incentives and initiatives to support managers across the ER piece
Implementing policies and procedures and support the managers and stakeholders in driving change
Support pay reviews and Gender Pay Gap Analysis
Experienced HRBP, experienced HR professional with a generalist backgrounds within Transport & Logistics
Experienced with complex case management
Experience in job evaluation and pay reporting
