Our client based in South Manchester are currently recruiting an experience HR systems specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to further strengthen the existing payroll and HR offering. With a new system being implemented, this is a fabulous opportunity to develop the role. Experience of the HCM oracle system would be an advantage and overall this HRIS role will be focussed on managing the integrity of the data, performing weekly audits to ensure that the data is accurate and up to date. This is a pivotal role within the business going forward, with impact across the business including HR, training and payroll.
We are looking for an experienced HRIS specialist with experience in HR analytics, someone who can take full ownership for ensuring all data is up to date, managing the sharepoint and their HR system.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting line managers and colleagues with system queries from end users
* Maintaining and updating system and updating policies and processes where required
* Provide operational system knowledge
* Managing the integrity of the database
* Providing Ad hoc reporting for different areas of the business
* Development and maintenance of security protocols
Person Specification:
* Background in HR Systems management
* Highly professional, with a customer centric approach to business
* Ability to manipulate and present data
* Root cause analysis, problem management and ability to manage delivery timelines.
