Portfolio HR & Reward have been selected by an outstanding financial services firm to recruit a temporary HR Analyst to support with an integration project.

The role will be heavily excel focused and very hands on, so Advanced excel skills are an essential requirement.

* Supporting the Compensation Lead and other business stakeholders using in-depth analysis, consulting skills, and rewards expertise.
* Partners with Total Rewards COE, business and HR on Reward opportunities and delivery of business requirements
* Performs analysis to assist in bonus and salary modelling, salary increase calculations, benchmarking and job evaluations.
* Provides support to European Reward in the design, build and implementation of new Reward programs and concepts.
