My client is currently looking for a Payroll Administrator reporting to the Deputy Payroll manager and working in a team of 4. The main purpose of the role is to work as part of a team processing payroll data involving multiple terms and conditions. Providing direct support to the Deputy Payroll Manager.
Your duties will include
Input payroll data for a specific group of staff as determined by the Deputy Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy of records and pay including salary and all statutory payments.
Assist the Deputy Manager when required to run month end reports and have understanding of the output for reconciliation.
Demonstrate a good knowledge of systems to be able to be a point of contact for the employee rostering system.
Be confident to train others in the system when required.
Process and check data of own area of responsibility to point of BACS report by given deadlines
Complete and process correspondence from internal and external sources within relevant time periods
